According to reports, multiple people were killed when a man opened fire in a church on Sunday morning in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
According to witnesses around 11:30 a.m. a man walked into First Baptist Church located about 40 miles east of San Antonio and opened fire.
Police have not confirmed the exact number of people dead or injured at this time. However, law officials told various news outlets, that more than 20 people are dead.
Wilson County Commissioner Albee Gamez Jr. told MSBNC that he overheard law officials say that the death toll could be as high as 24.
A local news station has already reported that the gunman was also killed.
